The Process

Record the Delivery

Capture 6–8 video clips of the full pitching delivery:

3–4 clips from straight-on
3–4 clips from the side angle

Upload the Footage

Submit your clips through the Dropbox link provided. Be sure to include the player's first name and team name with the upload.

Receive the Breakdown

Coach Bo reviews every clip and delivers a video analysis, a detailed PDF report, and follow-up training videos.

Optimal Camera Angles

Reference Frames Straight-on & side-angle examples for best analysis results

For Best Results

The pitcher should be centered and fully visible in the frame, similar to the reference photos above.

Try to record without the fence in the shot.

Capturing the full pitch is ideal — but if not possible, prioritize clear shots from both angles.

The straight-on angle doesn't need to be perfect. A slight offset is expected due to the umpire, catcher, or hitter — just keep it as straight as possible.

The straight-on angle should not be blocked by the hitter or umpire.

Clips should come from real game pitches, not warm-up throws.

If the pitcher works from the stretch with runners on base, include a few of those clips too — it's a great bonus.
